My own background begins when I was in primary school: I organised lunchtime games for Prep and Year 1 students, and competed in athletics, both cross country and track where I broke the school 800 m record. In high school, I went on to compete at States and the naitonal Australian Cross Country Championships.
After graduating, I began coaching and have worked in many schools across SEQ. I'm currently accredited as a Level 3 Performance Development Coach and continue to learn. While Level 2 coaches work at Clubs, a Level 4 Coach has had international success: so I am on the lookout for future Olympians! #brisbane2032
In addition, I am studying Clinical Exercise Physiology part-time, this will enable me to also prescribe exercise to prevent and treat disease and disability, such as diabetes, osteoperosis and a surprising number of physical and mental conditions that are improved through exercise. This is the future of medicine.
Please note: I am not currently taking bookings for exercise physiolgy services, please search for your nearest AEP via the Exercise and Sport Science Austarlia website https://www.essa.org.au/Public/find-aep.aspx
