Public Coaching includes "At the Park: Athletics" programs offered during the holidays and school term at nearby parks.
Bookings can be made for Private Coaching of 1-to-1 and small groups, for all ages and ability levels.
Professional Coaching is available for schools, organisation and events, e.g. Birthday party.

Athletes submit a screening form outlining health considerations, and follow up with a GP if needed.
What to expect at your first session?
Private Group and 1-to-1 Sessions
Athletes will arrive on time at the predetermined training venue to begin their warm up. When they are ready to begin, athletes will be guided by coach Ryan Bidner through a range of mobility exercises to determine joint range of movement and flexibility.
Athletes are then asked to perform a basic physical assessment depending on their age, ability, & event; i.e. Sprinters might perform 3x 20 meter sprint efforts. Strength and movement patterns are also assessed, before finally the athlete warms down to finish.
